    Adams, Arapaho, Boulder, Denver & Jefferson Counties Extend Stay-At-Home Orders to May 8
    Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Denver and Jefferson Counties have extended their Stay-At-Home Orders to May 8. Douglass County is still set to transfer from Stay-At-Home to Safer-At-Home on April 27 with the state CDPHE Order. Weld County approved a Safer-At-Work plan (as opposed to the state’s Safer-At-Home plan).

    Gunnison County – Sixth Amended Order
    Through 4-30-20 unless further amended
    Commercial & Residential construction may continue only after receiving an express, written exemption from Public Health Director.

    Chaffee County Public Health Agency Order #2020 - 04
    Through 4-30-20 unless amended
    Essential construction allowed to continue. Essential means the project has a permit from the Building Dept. Each project site must register with the Building Dept and follow CCHD’s COVID-19 COVID-19 worksite safety work requirements.

    Pitkin County Public Health 4th Amending Public Health Order
    Through 4-30-20 unless amended
    Commercial & residential construction are not listed as an essential business, but may continue basic operations for the purpose of closing operations. Essential Infrastructure may continue with proper safety procedures.

    Routt County Public Health Order 2020 – 03
    Through 5-10-20 unless amended
    Construction sites must follow the COVID-19 Construction Site Management Plan by Routt County Regional Building Dept. Mitigation Plan must be developed, posted at site and filed with the Dept.

    Larimer County Extension of 6th Public Health Order 
    Through 4-26-20
    Construction allowed if it meets the Critical Construction or Infrastructure definition in the order. (note, AGC is seeking further clarification of the definition of Critical business in the  Larimer County Public Health Order)

    Summit County Public Health Order March 23 Addendum March 26
    In effect until further notice
    Construction is allowed to continue, once COVID-19 construction plan has been filed and approved by Summit County Building Dept.  (AGC Sample Plan qualifies) Smaller remodeling projects in residences are discouraged from continuing at this time.
