Supervisory Training Program Unit 3 - Planning & Scheduling (1/20/17)
The Supervisory Training Program (STP) is a construction-specific training curriculum, developed, updated, and field-tested by and for contractors. STP curriculum focuses on building the knowledge and skills that Foremen, Supervisors, and Superintendents must have to be effective managers of people, time, equipment, and materials. Contractors make their money in the field, and STP can help you improve your organization's bottom line. STP is divided into 6 Units, totaling 140 hours of training - take any unit, or take all six. Units 1 through 6 do not need to be taken sequentially.
STP Unit 3 is 20-hour course that meets on 4 consecutive Friday afternoons, 12pm-5pm.January 20, 2017January 27, 2017February 3, 2017February 10, 2017Tuition covers 20 hours of instruction, lunch/beverages, and textbook. Please specify if you prefer a Kindle electronic textbook or a hard copy textbook (allow 2 weeks for delivery of hard copy)
