Majid Samarghandi, Chairman/CEO of Triton Services, Inc. (Cincinnati, OH) is renowned for his highly effective negotiating skills and will share with you his proven techniques and strategies during this half-day session.  He will teach you how to plan for an effective negotiation, analyze potential clients, and what steps you can take during a bargaining session to turn it to your best advantage.
Samarghandi has over 38 years of experience in most aspects of the construction industry, including commercial, industrial, governmental, educational, and institutional segments.  he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical and Civil Engineering, as well as a Master of Science and PhD in Construction Management - all from the University of Illinois.  He also holds HVAC, Plumbing, Hydronics, and Refrigeration contractor licenses in Ohio and a Master HVAC contractor license in Kentrucky.  Samarghandi is a past president of the Mechanical Contractors Association of Cincinnati.  he is currently the president of Allied Construction Industries, which is the largest association of GCs, Subcontractors, Union-Non-Union, Bonding and Insurance.
