Join us for a Lunch & Learn with former Denver Bronco Great, Ed McCaffrey.  

Everyone knows the importance of setting goals.  But, once a goal is set, how do you lead a team?  How do you employ leadership skills to motivate a group with a common goal?  Why is it crucial to prepare?  What is the importance of teamwork?
Ed McCaffrey has been a successful member of football teams since his high schools days at Allentown Central Catholic High School in Pennsylvania.  During his years as a Stanford Cardinal, he was First-Team All Pac-10 and First-Team All American.  His success followed him to the NFL, where he became a 3 time Super Bowl Champion and made a Pro-Bowl appearance in 1998.  He is, obviously, well versed in Leadership, Preparation & Team, and ready to share his secrets of success.
