With a current workforce of about 180,000 and the projected need of 225,000 workers by 2027, it?s going to take the collective effort and dedication of the Colorado construction industry to fill 45,000 jobs. Our industry has the potential to provide individuals across race, ethnicity, gender, and location with a livable salary, great benefits, career advancement, and continued education. If we are going to attract the next generation into this field, we need to band together.
