2019 Mountain Area Meet -n- Greet

Three speakers will be presenting on Mountain area topics and upcoming projects. Travis Lindahl Construction Manager for East West Partners will be highlighting upcoming EWP projects. Cindy Houben, Director, and Brian Pawl, Chief Building Official, of Pitkin County will address many aspects of Pitkin County?s residential and commercial development procedures. The following topics will be covered:

• Upcoming procedural changes and improvements
• Land Use applications and permitting
• Code and inspection processes
• Upcoming work and future government spending

Rates are quoted per night. Resort Fee and Tax: A 8% resort fee and 14.3% lodging tax will be added to the quoted guestroom rate.

Cancellation Policy: For guest accommodations, 50% deposit will be taken at time of reservation. The remainder of the deposit will be charged fourteen (14) days prior to arrival. Any amendments or cancellations made within fourteen (14) days prior to arrival will forfeit 100% of the reservation; amendments/cancellations made outside of the fourteen (14) days will be refunded.
