Facilitate communication and problem-solving between the disciplines to conduct Roles and Relationships Seminar Roundtable discussions with top executives.

Associates Council

The Associates Council, at it's core, is a networking group. They offer six very different but very fun networking experiences. This group does not host traditional meetings, instead, they kick off the year with a hybrid town hall and to announce that year's events and volunteer opportunities.

Future Leaders Forum

Human Resources Committee

Provides the opportunity for community with other HR Professionals and the connection to receive industry news, updates, and guidelines through guest speakers, roundtables, and educational events.

Committee meetings are the second Tuesday of the month from 10:00AM - 11:00AM.

Legislative Committee

Review proposed legislation, determine if AGC needs to take a position, develops action plan to support or oppose legislation, develops proactive policy statements on major industry issues.

1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month during session (Jan - May); and the 1st Tuesday for the remainder of the year.

Meetings are scheduled to be virtual from 7:30 AM - 9:00 AM.

Mental Health Working Group

Helps identify and vet resources for the industry, leads and curates annual cornhole fundraiser, collaborates to create new initiatives, and identifies training opportunities to support our industry on the topics of mental health and well-being, substance use, and suicide prevention.

Mountain Area Committee

Safety Council

To provide a forum for the discussion of current safety and health issues affecting the construction industry. The forum focuses on the education of its members and sharing new developments in the field of safety.

Spec Contractors Council

To identify key issues impacting the specialty contractors, communicate and provide influence on these issues to the general and specialty contracting communities.

Supplier Diversity Working Group

Created for MWBE, DBE, SBE, and VBE member companies to find quality connections, thrive as members of AGC, and grow their business pipeline. We accomplish this by bolstering GC and subcontractor supplier diversity efforts.

Colorado Stormwater Excellence Program Advisory Board

The oversight group, established as a required element within each storm water management system administrator's program, that is made up of volunteers representing industry sector stakeholders active in the program including nonprofit administrator representatives, participants, participating MS4s, and third-party auditors.  The advisory board has the authority to establish all program policies and procedures, collect and maintain program records, compile annual participant performance summary reports, and take all necessary actions to maintain the integrity of the program.
