The Safety Council topic this month: Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) - The panel which consist of Ale Spray of Mortenson, Ali Lueder of MTech Mechanical, Mellissa Allen and Reseena Cowen of Haselden Construction will lead us in an interactive discussion on DEI . What is DEI and defining each. How are DEI and Safety connected. How much an individual with a sense of belonging can impact Safety.
