New in ’22 - Prevailing Wage Required on State & University Projects
State Senate Bill 19-196 approved in 2019 requires prevailing wage (and mandatory use of apprentices for MEP trades) on all state projects and many university projects. There are 44 state agencies that will be administering this process under a system established by the Office of the State Architect (OSA). Attend and learn from OSA representatives about the legislation, the LCP Tracker software for certified payroll submission, how to access the prevailing wage rates, and the mandatory training contribution component of fringe benefits as part of the prevailing wage.
Moderator: AGC CEO Michael Gifford and OSA
