Scott Carlson joined the CCIG team in 2005, with a focus in Real Estate, Transportation, Construction and Home and Assisted Living. Since then he has developed into one of CCIG’s leading Insurance Advisors because of his passion and dedication to serving his clients’ needs.
In 2017, Scott was promoted from to Vice President and Construction Practice Leader. Scott has earned the designations of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS) during his tenure in the insurance industry. He was also named “Young Agent of the Year in 2009” by the Professional Independent Insurance Agents of Colorado. Scott is a 2002 graduate of University of Denver from the Daniel’s College of Business.
Rob Rudloff, Partner

Rob is a Business Advisory Services Partner at RubinBrown leading the Cyber Security services team. He has more than 20 years of information security experience on security reviews, mitigation, strategy and architecture development. He consults with clients on a variety of information security projects ranging from penetration testing to security assessments to implementation of security architectures. His background includes security work for the Air Force, NSA, Pentagon and PwC. Recently serving as a Chief Information Security Officer, Rob brings strategic consulting expertise balanced with a voice of reason. Rob currently holds the following certifications: CISSP-ISSMP,CCSP, and PMP.
Greg Hottman, Construction Trades Lender

Greg Hottman is a Commercial Bank and member of the Construction Trades Team at Colorado Business Bank. He earned his bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Colorado State University. Greg has been servicing the banking needs of general contractors, heavy contractors, subcontractors and specialty trades for the past 10 years.
