Swinerton is nearly complete on construction of a new corporate campus for Partners Group.  The project consists of office, amenity and training buildings that sit on a 22 acre hilltop overlooking Boulder's Flatirons and the Front Range.  The architecture resembles a turn-of-the century warehouse by way of tumbled brick, arched steel windows, and an impressive exposed structural steel core.  Swinerton is also well underway on Phase II, which adds more administrative areas to the campus.
