About Workforce Development

AGC’s Workforce Development Program is one of the 7 portions of the AGC Strategic Plan.   The plan includes providing member companies with tools to develop their existing management and craft employees, recruitment of new people to the industry, scholarships for construction management students, support for students in AGC student chapters at CSU and CU Boulder, liaison with other construction management programs in Colorado.
